Showing off Seattle

While you're enjoying some downtime in Seattle (and hopefully not too sleepless), we've put together a variety of activity suggestions tailored to different interests. Just click on the type of experience you're looking for to explore our curated guide full of ideas - from scenic strolls and rooftop cocktails to quirky museums and ferry rides worthy of a rom-com montage.

  • Recreate H&T’s Engagement Photos on Lake Washington

Start your adventure at Agua Verde Café, a vibrant Mexican restaurant nestled on the shores of Portage Bay. Grab a refreshing margarita and a few tacos - perfect fuel for the day.

Before or after your meal, head next door to the Agua Verde Paddle Club. Rent paddleboards or kayaks and glide across the calm waters of Portage Bay, soaking in the scenic views and recreating those special engagement photo moments on Lake Washington.

    Catch a Mariners Game

Celebrate one of Hannah and TJ’s early memories by heading to T-Mobile Park for a Mariners game. Whether you're cheering from the stands or just soaking in the stadium energy, it’s a perfect way to relive the magic.

For pre-game eats, check out The Hall, Elysian Fields, or Vinason Pho.

    Take a stroll around Greenlake

Take a relaxing walk around Green Lake, a 2.8 mile trail, and the neighborhood Hannah and TJ lived in before New York. Whether you're up for a full loop or just a leisurely stroll, the tree-lined path and lake views make it a perfect way to unwind.

After your walk, grab a coffee at Retreat or swing by the nearby Starbucks for a classic pick-me-up.

    Explore Kirkland

Spend the day wandering through Kirkland, a charming lakeside town with boutique shops, waterfront parks, and a relaxed vibe perfect for exploring.

Stop for lunch at Cactus (steak fajitas are our fav) or the Slip for a good burger. After lunch, stroll over to Serena Gelato for a sweet finish.

  • Pike Place Market

Explore Seattle’s most famous market, watch the iconic fish throwing, and visit the original Starbucks. To act like a local, grab mini donuts, check out the gum wall, and try Hellenika’s ice cream-based yogurt.

Space Needle + Chihuly Glass Museum

A must-see for any visitor (and the Feller family’s top recommendation!). The museum showcases stunning glass art and offers great views of the Space Needle. You can also head to the top for panoramic city views.

Stroll the University of Washington Campus

Wander through one of the most beautiful college campuses in the country and check out where TJ, Ellie, and Mia absolutely tore it up (academically and otherwise). Go Dawgs!

    Ride the Seattle Monorail

A quick and fun way to travel between downtown and Seattle Center, with great views along the way.

  • Stroll the Seattle Waterfront Park

Enjoy a scenic walk along Elliott Bay with views of the city skyline, public art, and easy access to Pike Place Market and Olympic Sculpture Park.

Rent an Electric Boat on Lake Union

Cruise around Lake Union with friends in a self-driven electric boat (no license needed) for a relaxing and fun way to see the city from the water.

    Visit Gasworks Brewing

Grab a craft beer and enjoy the laid-back atmosphere and waterfront views near the iconic Gas Works Park.

Take a Ferry to Bainbridge Island

Ride across Puget Sound to explore Bainbridge’s charming downtown, enjoy wood-fired pizza at Via Rosa 11, and visit the original pickleball court where the sport was first invented.

Go Paddle Boarding on Lake Union

Rent gear at spots like Agua Verde and paddle through scenic views of the city from the calm waters of Lake Union.
